■業務内容
クライアントへSAP S/4HANA導入に伴う企業変革サポートを行います。主要業務領域はSAP S/4HANAの実装工程ではなく、以下の領域が中心となります。
EYのチェンジ・エクスペリエンス方法論の一部としてSAPユーザートレーニングの計画立案、実行サポートを行います。
■業務概要
クライアントのSAP導入プロジェクトにおいて業務プロセス標準化をクライアントのステークホルダーと推進し、Organizational Change Manager (OCM)をサポートします。
具体的な業務としては、システム導入後の業務プロセスやユーザーとのコミュニケーション計画に基づくSAPトレーニング計画を立案、実行支援します。
