• Building the number one store in the area as a team: Understand each team member's strengths, create an enjoyable shopping environment, and work together to improve the quality of service to deliver a comfortable and enriched life through clothing.
• Encouraging individual challenges culture: Embrace suggestions for product selection, store layout, customer service, and efficiency improvements. Your daily challenges will be clearly evaluated every three months and linked to promotions.
