企業、官公庁の経営戦略/事業計画の立案、システム企画・構築、ならびに業務の実行フェーズを全方位的に支援します。
Business Consulting
・各種経営戦略や事業計画、CRM(マーケ・セールス・カスタマーサービス)・カスタマーサクセスについての戦略・方向性の策定/立案支援
・(上記を踏まえた)成果創出に資する施策と実行計画の策定/立案支援
・上記計画の実行に際する伴走支援(施策実行、プロジェクト管理)
Technology Consulting
・経営や事業運営の方向性を踏まえたデジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進支援
・RPA、AI、その他CRM関連のシステム・テクノロジの構築/導入に向けての構想・計画策定/立案支援
・上記構想・計画実行に際する伴走支援(要件定義 、導入・活用)
Operations Consulting
・事業戦略実現に向けた顧客接点領域(営業戦力やカスタマーサービス等)の最適化構想/実現計画の策定
・顧客接点領域の生産性や質の向上を実現する為の変革(BPR)・高度化計画の策定
・上記計画・構想の実行に際する伴走支援・改革の推進(施策/組織設計・実行支援・プロジェクト管理)

<募集強化ポジション>
Technology Consulting
CRM領域のDX推進コンサルタント・プロジェクトマネジャー
MA(マーケティングオートメーション)・SFA(セールスフォースオートメーション)やRPA(ロボティクスプロセスオートメーション)など先進テクノロジーの導入を中心に、主にCRM(カスタマーリレーションシップマネジメント)領域におけるクライアント企業のDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を伴走するプロジェクトに従事していただきます。
- 具体的な仕事内容(一例)
・クライアントのビジネスの方向性、課題の把握・整理
・上記を踏まえたテクノロジー・ツールへの要件・期待値の定義
・テクノロジー・ツールの導入支援(要件定義・設計、ツールの設定、導入後フォロー、保守・運用等)
・導入後の活用支援(成果創出に向けた施策の提言・実践支援含む)
・(上記プロセスにおける)プロジェクト管理・運営

Operations Consulting
オペレーションコンサルタント (顧客接点領域)
CS戦略・非対面顧客接点構築/強化など企業の顧客接点業務(対面・非対面)全体戦略や企画の立案、それを実現するための計画策定・組織設計・業務設計・システム導入計画策定といった企画フェーズから、実際の業務を実行するBPOサービスやIT導入推進までCS/顧客接点(特にコンタクトセンター周り)の包括的な支援を行っていただきます。
- 具体的な仕事内容(一例)
・各種CS・顧客接点・CRM戦略の立案・策定
・CS強化計画、コールセンターなどの新規顧客チャネル構築/再構築計画の策定
・業務オペレーションの整理、および、プロセス・構造・ルールの再設計
・戦略・計画の方向性や現状のシステムに関連する業務課題を踏まえた、将来あるべきシステム全体像のロードマップを策定
・システム構築・導入に向けた業務要件定義
