Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual IT Support Engineer with experience in L1-2 IT Support and low level Network Support. Our client is a global finance company that has offices across the globe and continues growing in the IT industry.
Job Description
1. Face to Face IT support of users;
2. Hardware installation, movement and de-installation;
3. Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.);
4. Maintain, analyze and solve end user computing problems both hardware and software;

Successful Applicant
1. Basic IT knowledge
2. Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills - Windows; hardware OS level
