オペレーションマネージャーを募集しています。出入荷、ソートオペレーションの責任を負い、大きな裁量を持つ仕事です。センター長の右腕として、マネージャーレベルの部下を持ち、ソートやディスパッチのオペレーションを指揮します。また、DSで働くメンバーのエンゲージメントと日々のオペレーションの目標を確実に遂行することに加え、新しいサービスの導入なども進めていく改善スキルが求められます。
