Support business growth and sustainable competitiveness by continuing to pursue the "right design'' for HR systems, policies, and processes based on expertise and a One Hitachi perspective.
【携わる事業・ビジネス・サービス・製品など】
We will collaborate with the HR teams of Hitachi Group companies both in Japan and overseas to steadily implement One Hitachi HR strategies across the Group and contribute to business.
【募集背景】
The Hitachi Group has been steadily moving forward towards realizing One Hitachi HR functions and One Hitachi talent management under its new management policy, Inspire 2027, which began in FY25.

・Mid-Long term One Hitachi Talent Mgmt Strategy/中長期One Hitacihのタレントマネジメント戦略立案、実行
・Succession Planning and talent pipeline for key positions / 主要ポジションの後継者計画及びパイプライン
・Talent pool mgmt and talent identification /次期後継者プール構築へ向けた取り組み・タレントの発掘
・Next Generation Leader developmenet / 後継候補者の育成計画策定
・Global performance mgmt / グローバルパフォーマンスマネジメント

- Approx a team of 15 members /15名程度のチーム

応募資格
【必須条件】
・Experience in HR strategic planning and/or CoE HR
・Perseverance and the ability to see work through to the end.
・Logical thinking, planning, and data analysis skills.
・Open-minded communication skills to build relationships with others.
・Business English proficiency
・戦略企画人事経験、CoE HR経験
・粘り強く、最後まで業務をやり抜く力。
・論理的思考能力、企画立案能力、データ分析能力。
・オープンマインドで人と関係構築できるコミュニケーション力。
・ビジネス英語力

【給与】
■月給:710,000〜820,000円
■年収:12,800,000〜14,900,000円
(参考)ポジション別の理論年収
本部長クラス以上:
約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
部長クラス :
約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
課長クラス :
約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
主任クラス :
約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
担当者クラス :
約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
※内訳:
月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)
※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出
※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
