Job summary
This role will assist the existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Manager in maintaining and enhancing CRM system to support daily business interactions and improve user/customer experience.The position also includes responsibility for managing specific Veeva CRM channels – Approved Email, Closed Loop Marketing and Engage – to ensure effective customer engagement and alignment with omnichannel strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of CRM system strategy and roadmap in alignment with global and local stakeholders, ensuring effective utilization across customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate with other business administrators to ensure end-to-end systems robustness
