●組織 / ミッション:
中長期の成長に向け、以下の観点でオンラインとオフラインを統合した顧客体験戦略を設計・推進する。
・顧客の購買行動の多様化に合わせた柔軟でスピーディーな対応の実現
・横断業務を集約することによるナレッジの最適化、効果的な組織運営
コンシューマージャーニーに基づき、オンラインとオフラインを統合した顧客体験戦略を設計・推進する。
CRMプロモーション、デジタル施策、リアル接点施策を連動させ、ブランド体験の一貫性と品質を維持しながら、戦略実行単位/ブランドの収益・パフォーマンスを最大化する。
●業務内容:
・OMO戦略の全体設計(オンライン×オフライン統合施策)
・コンシューマージャーニー分析に基づく顧客接点開発計画の策定。
・CRMプロモーション戦略の立案とガイドライン策定。
・店頭インフラのシステム構想・設計、および進化計画の策定。
・新しい店舗の開発に関わるCX・業務構築の支援
●必要な能力/経験/資質:
・企画職、マーケティング、コンサルティングなど新しい取組み・業務変革を推進した経験3年以上
・担当領域について理解・改善・チャレンジしていく主体性、リーダーシップ
・構想策定・論点整理などができる論理的思考力
・他部門や外部企業を巻き込みながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション力
・ビジネスやテクノロジーへの一般的な理解・経験
●歓迎要件:
・PJマネジメント
・コンシューマージャーニー分析と施策設計能力。
・デジタルマーケティング(EC、SNS、広告運用)の実務スキル。
