【仕事内容】【職務内容】
PayCASを中心としたFinTechサービスの事業運営基盤を構築し、ビジネススキーム設計から
業務オペレーション最適化を通じて、事業の持続的成長を実現します。
マルチ決済サービス「PayCAS(ペイキャス)」を中心に、
決済関連商品のビジネススキームの企画立案から
業務オペレーション構築、事業数値管理までを包括的に推進します。
サービスの申込から精算に至るまでの事業全体の運用フローを最適化し、
事業の拡大と運用の安定化を両立させる体制構築をリードします。
また、グループ会社や社内各部門と連携し、販売・運用の両面から持続可能な仕組みを設計・実装し、
事業全体の成長基盤を支える役割を担います。
【具体的には】
・ PayCASを軸とした決済関連商品のビジネススキームの企画・立案、収益性・効率性の高いモデル構築
・ 加盟店申込から精算業務までの一連の業務プロセスの可視化、標準化・効率化の推進
・ 企画部門・営業部門・開発部門・グループ会社など多様なステークホルダーとの連携、
円滑な運用体制の構築、最適な着地点の設計
・ 事業数値のモニタリングおよび改善提案を通じた業績管理と運用効率の最適化、
定量分析に基づく施策立案・実行によるPDCAの推進
・ 新規オペレーションの定着を目的に、標準フローや運用マニュアルを整備し、スケーラブルな運営体制を確立
・ 業務内容(本契約後):定常業務を効率的・安定的に遂行する(変更の範囲:会社内でのすべての業務)
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ 業務オペレーション設計・構築や業務プロセス整理の経験
・ 新規ビジネススキームの企画/立案および実行経験
・ POS、アクワイアラー、決済ネットワーク、決済端末関連いずれかでの事業推進経験
【給与】
年収602~836万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
