私たちSOMPOケア ラヴィーレ座間のスタッフは、ご入居者さまが安心・安全で健康な生活を送っていただけるよう、日々取り組んでいます。
ご入居者さまに満足していただけるサービスを提供するため、経験の長いスタッフも、新しく介護の仕事を始めたスタッフも毎日が勉強の積み重ねです。
ご入居者さまは認知症等の様々なご病気を抱えておられ、
日々のサービスの実践においては、うまくいかずに悩む事もありますが、
ご入居者さまから「ありがとう」と言っていただけると大きなやりがいを感じる事ができます。
2016年5月にオープンした当ホームは、
館内の設備もきれいで働きやすく感じていただけると思います。
最寄駅から歩いて通勤できる距離にありますが、車通勤もOKです。
ご入居者さまの生活を一緒に支えていただける方、ご応募お待ちしております
