仕事内容
Woltの事業拡大に重要で直接的なインパクトを与えることができる加盟店の獲得に最先端で携わることができます。
地域密着でデリバリービジネスを初めて開始する飲食・小売の個人店や中小企業と密接に関わり、電話や訪問による案件創出から対面による提案・契約の締結をするなど幅広い業務範囲を担当しながら、現地でのコミュニティーを創り、新しい収益の機会を提供します。
地元の方々と密接に関わりながら地域経済の活性化に貢献することができ、直接的なフィードバックをいただけることもあります。
エリアマネージャーと共に、営業リストの精査、アプローチの優先順位、提案内容などの営業戦略を策定します。担当エリアの営業戦略やセールススタイルは各自任せており、大きな裁量を持って業務を推進できます。業界の知見や分析的な思考が磨かれる上、急成長する業界でキャリアを積むことができます。
実際にレストラン様の店舗や本社に訪問して上で対面での営業活動がメインとなりますが、場合によってはZoom などのビデオ会議による商談もあります。
