The Role: We are looking for a new Commercial Operations Supervisor to join our fast growing Train Business Unit, playing a pivotal role in our growth in the UK and Europe. In this Role, youll get to:

Understand and execute business development strategy for the designated market

Identify and secure partnerships with key rail operators throughout the regions

Manage campaign activities with internal stakeholders

Monitor internal and external sales channels for rail tickets and optimize performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to achieve common goals

Support manager to achieve ambitious goals in your market

Communicate effectively and regularly with the company HQ team in Shanghai

What you'll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of experience in business development, ideally within the online travel or tech industry

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Data-driven approach with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities

A native level of English, and other European languages are a plus
