An international eCommerce company is looking for an Incubation Manager. The qualified candidate will nurture new sellers through structured educational resources, enabling independence and self-sufficiency post-training.

Responsibilities:

• Establish trust with new sellers entering markets
• Provide guidance on market selection and marketing campaigns for new sellers
• Analyse and monitor seller performance and propose strategies
• Manage individual seller relationships and set targets
• Develop sales and marketing strategies, including campaign recommendations
• Address seller issues and maintain positive relationships
• Translate and adapt seller materials for local contexts
• Create seller announcements and coordinate internally
• Update and revise seller educational materials continuously

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of professional experience (eCommerce or retail is ideal)
• Experience in sales and customer support is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Bilingual level English and Japanese
