    Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in delivering technical presentations, negotiating product specifications and creating product configuration proposals.
  • Assists in identifying opportunities to solve complex opportunities for customers.
  • Assists account sales to close business on specific products and/or services.
  • Assists in identifying new business opportunities within the account.
  • Gathers information regarding the customers strategic technical road map for the customer.
  • Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.
