・人材業界で、求人票作成や
労働法に触れる機会があった方
・金融や保険業界で、企業の経営を

STEP 1:
これまでの経験を活かし、
当法人のスタイルに慣れていただきます。
・給与計算業務の補助
・有給休暇の管理・データ作成
・各種書類作成、申請書類の作成補助
※最初から顧客対応や専門的な判断を
一人でお任せすることはありません。
STEP 2:
お客様の「困った」を解決するパートナーへ
慣れてきたら、先輩と一緒に
クライアント対応の幅を広げていきましょう。
・労務相談の補助・同席対応
・助成金の提案・申請書類の作成
※現在取り扱っている助成金→
業務改善(育休)/両立支援/キャリアアップ
・36協定、変形労働時間制等の各種協定書作成
・ハローワークの求人票作成
STEP 3:
将来的に目指してほしい姿
・クライアントへの労務相談対応

固定残業代あり:月給¥230,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥31,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
