    The main objective of a role as an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) representative is to assist existing Brand Owners (BOs) from a specific Lead Pool, supporting Service Providers (SPs) in navigating key Amazon Marketplace Programs such as A+ content, brand registry, coupons, and SEO enhancements.




    Evaluation Criteria for ESM representatives:
    (1) Number of engagements within the year (from the selected Lead Pool)
    (2) Conversion percentage to adopted/re-adopted Amazon Marketplace Programs
    (3) Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS) from selected pool

    The ideal candidate for this position is driven, adaptable, possesses strong time management and project management capabilities, and has technical and analytical skills. This role demands exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. Attention to detail and timely delivery of high-quality results are paramount.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and engage high-potential prospects to drive adoption of programs enhancing Seller performance in the US marketplace
    • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants effectively to meet or exceed quarterly targets consistently
    • Act as a strategic partner for merchants, providing data-driven insights and guidance on implementing programs to boost their success on Amazon
    • Empower merchants to master Amazon's tools and systems, enabling them to independently manage their inventory, catalog, and performance to meet required standards efficiently
    • Analyze and interpret reports to track business development outcomes for your portfolio
    • Optimize time management to achieve targets in a goal-oriented environment
    • Contribute to departmental and team success through ad hoc projects
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills, cultivate relationships, drive results, and maximize business growth opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
    • Monitor and report performance using relevant metrics to achieve productivity and seller satisfaction goals

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    - 【基本条件】

    - Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher

    - Work Experience: Minimum 4 years in corporate sales, account management, business consulting, inside sales, or marketing roles

    • Proficient in PC skills: Data analysis using Microsoft Excel, document creation with Microsoft Word, English proficiency for written (emails, reports) and verbal (meetings, calls, video conferences) communication
    - Native-level Japanese proficiency (with English)

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4+ years' experience in a business role involving external negotiations, such as sales/account management/business consulting
    • Strong analytic abilities utilizing Microsoft Excel (e.g., vlookup, pivot) and BI tools
    • Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and verbal
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years in client or vendor-facing positions, emphasizing relationship management and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and gain insights
    • Familiarity with writing queries
    • Experience in team leadership
    • Skilled in Excel and document creation including QBR/OP1
