    I. Broad Function
    Your mission is to expand Atlas Copco presence and business growth in the area of responsibility, you
    will be required to:
    ● Achieve the sales target for Order Received and Order Invoice
    ● Expand business opportunities (New customers, dealers and new products)
    ● Increase market share
    ● Increase Customer Satisfaction
    ● Management and education of dealers
    ● Build the good relationship with internal team member and external company
    ● Any other task, project form manager

    II. Principal Responsibilities
    ● Business development
    - Make strategic sales action plan and execution
    - Manage the customers and dealers
    - Develop the new customers, dealers and new application products
    - Control the cost while maximizing the Orders Receive
    - Manage whole process from getting inquiry to Purchase Order
    - Implementation of annual training plan for dealers
    ● Visit to customers and dealers
    - Visit both existing and new customers and dealers to increase business opportunities
    - All sales activities keep information into C4C
    - Accelerate sales promotion, campaign and Airchitect for increase business growth
    - Sales training to customers and dealers
    - Build relationship with customers and dealers management team
    ● Market analysis
    - To understand each segmentation, product proposition and market penetration with mapping by
    own territory
    - To find new potential customers and dealers
    ● Customer Satisfaction
    - Drive customer satisfaction in collaboration with internal members
    - Improve activities based on customer needs, ex: quick response and timely manner
    ● Timely reporting
    - Explanation for sales activities by using C4C during weekly meeting
    - Organized monthly review meeting with dealers
    - Daily updated for the forecast information
    - Customer / Dealer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, potential for new products and
    service
    ● Develop Internal communication and Teamwork
    - Build trustworthy and respect each other environment in the team
    (own department, related department and product company)

    III. Qualification Requirements
    ● Educational Requirements
    - Graduate in mechanical and/or electrical engineering from university
    ● Experience Requirements
    - At least 3 years sales experience in the industry and/or manufacturing
    (if you have service experience would be better)
    - Mechanical and Electrical engineering knowledge
    - Industrial segmentation and application knowledge
    - English listening, speaking, reading and writing in business situation (TOEIC )
    - PC skills Excel, Word and Power Point
    - Coaching skill
    ● Personality Requirements
    - Strong interpersonal, communication skills
    - Self-motivated, energetic and working with pressure
    - Customer and Result oriented

    Native level Japanese language skill
