  • 1. 統計データや販売計画、その他の予測データを元に、短期・中期・長期における製品(Finished Goods)の需要予測を行う。 2. 過去の販売データを分析し、傾向とパターンを把握する。 3. 営業およびマーケティングチームと協力し、今後のプロモーションや新製品を把握する。 4. 在庫レベルを監視し、在庫レベルとリードタイムに基づいて予測を調整する。 5. 需要に影響を与える可能性のあるサプライチェーンの問題を特定し、ビジネスへのインパクトを最小限に抑える。 6. 製品のタイムリーな納入を確保するためのサプライヤーとの関係の構築と維持。 7. NPI(新製品導入)を評価し、営業およびマーケティングチームと密に連携しながら、予想される需要を決定する。 8. 予測の精度や在庫レベルなど、需要計画に関連するKPIを決め、トラッキングする。 9. 需要予測と関連KPIに関するレポート作成及び本社・上長への報告。 10. S&OP(販売・オペレーション計画)会議に参加し、他部門との需要計画の調整を行う。 11. S&OPの議論によって決定された18ヶ月先までの予測(QXP)データをシステムに更新する。 12. 経済指標や競合他社の動きなど、市場環境の変化に基づく予測の調整 13. 需要予測の精度を向上させるためのプランニング・モジュールやその他のツールの評価と導入 14. 変化するビジネスニーズに適応可能な需要計画プロセスを開発し、維持する。 15. 需要計画プロセスと手法を継続的に改善し、より良いビジネス成果を推進する。
  • 1. Forecasting demand for finished goods using statistical models, sales planning and other forecasting techniques for multiple time horizons. 2. Analyzing historical sales data to identify trends and patterns 3. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand upcoming promotions and product launches 4. Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting forecasts based on inventory levels and lead times 5. Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain issues that could impact demand 6. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products 7. Evaluating NPI (new product introductions) and determining the expected demand, working closely with sales and marketing team. 8. Identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, such as forecast accuracy and inventory level. 9. Creating and presenting reports on demand forecasts and related KPIs to management 10. Participating in S&OP (sales and operations planning) meetings to coordinate demand planning with other departments 11.Update the forecast(QXP) data up to 18 months in the future, which is determined by S&OP discussion. 12. Adjusting forecasts based on changes in market conditions, such as economic indicators or competitor actions 13. Evaluating and implementing new demand planning modules or other tools to improve forecasting accuracy 14. Developing and maintaining a demand planning process that is scalable and adaptable to changing business needs 15. Continuously improving demand planning processes and techniques to drive better business outcomes.
  • Additional Job Description

  • Works as a Finished Goods Inventory Planner on problems of moderate scope where the analysis of planning data requires a review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.
  • The development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic planning principles, -theories and -concepts.
  • Formulates the solution for (technical) partial problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and planning (feasibility) studies.
  • Additionally, manage the monthly medium/long term planning process and the weekly supply-demand planning process together with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supplier) in-time for capacity planning and to contribute to smooth procurement of long-lead-time components at supplier level.

  • Manage the integral inventory levels for the assigned product groups over the supply chain in the assigned
  • Manage phasing in / phasing out of assigned product-types according to the actual PIP Process (Product Introduction Process) in close cooperation with product/marketing management and the industrial project team.
  • The aim is to introduce new products in-time and phase-out products without obsolete finished products and components.
