●会員満足度の向上
こちらのポジションにはメンバーと直接話すことも含まれますが、主な目的は、様々な苦情管理を管理&監督することです。
マネージャー、チームマネージャー、およびその他の関連する役割、およびそれらのスキルの向上
効果的な QA、コーチング、トレーニングを通じて従業員をサポートします。このポジションを通して、苦情が減少し、会員満足度が上がることを期待しております。
クライアント サービス チームの主要パートナーとして、下記役割も果たします。
●苦情に対して、円滑なクライアントとのコミュニケーションの担当
●クライアントに情報を提供し、円滑なコミュニケーションを維持すること
●きちんと情報を管理&共有することが必要となります。
●Ten MAID に関するフィードバック、および Ten MAID の成功に関する企業への報告
●苦情管理
Requirements
社会人経験1年以上
英語のスキルを活かしたい方(英語スキルは必須ではございません)
