    Recruitment Announcement:
    We are currently seeking online English teachers and coaches to join our team.


    Coach Responsibilities:

    • Train new teachers on handling various issues during classes (e.g., software usage, student comprehension, basic knowledge)
    • Provide support to both teachers and students throughout classes
    • Deliver a comprehensive class video along with a selfintroduction and resume

    Coach Compensation Options:

    • Option A: 1 hour per day at 40 RMB
    • Option B: Commission of 0.5 RMB per class (approximately 80 classes per day)

    Teacher Requirements:

    • Reliable internet equipment is a must
    • Experience working with students aged 31
    • Salary: 8 RMB per class, each lasting 25 minutes
    • Working hours: 18:00 to 22:00 (China time)
