【仕事内容】【仕事の内容】
■大手~中堅企業向けSaaS情報共有ツール「ナレカン」を展開する同社フィールドセールスとして提案業務を行いながら、マネージャーとしてチームマネジメントに取り組んでいただきます。
【具体的には】
■ARR/MRR達成に向けた実行全般■営業戦術を含めたセールスオペレーションの設計、及び実行■カスタマーサクセスと連携し、オンボーディングや定期的な利用レポートを通じたアップセル/クロスセルの実行■クライアントの声をプロダクト企画・エンジニアと連携し改善■継続的な業務プロセスの改善とマニュアル策定
【担当顧客】ターゲットは主に、エンタープライズ~ミドルマーケット領域(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必要な経験・能力等】
【いずれか必須】■エンタープライズまたはSMBに対してのSaaS商材の営業経験■無形商材を決裁者に対して提案した経験■目標達成の為のKPIやアクションプランを策定~実行し、結果を出した経験■マネジメント経験
■SFAやMAツールを活用した、顧客管理の経験■社内外の関係者と円滑に業務を進めた業務経験■企画書などを作成できる基本的なPCスキル■業務系ソフトウェアの導入コンサルティングまたはカスタマーサクセスの経験
