- Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Front Office team.

- Oversee and ensure proper operation of the Front Office department such as proper registration and reception for hotel guests.
- Control room inventory for respective room types and categories.
- Resolve guest complaints in an effective and timely manner.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering team to ensure all the rooms are ready to be sold in the period with demand.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in front desk.
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
