- ビジネスとブランド戦略に従い、全てのキーライン商品(TSVレベルまで)と小規模のイベントを担当し、販売戦略を策定する。
- TSV、イベント、その他番組のオンエア戦略。
- 生放送枠番組の事前準備。
- 事前収録枠番組の事前準備。
- 毎月のキーライン商品/スーパーサイズ商品。
- 一部通常番組枠のブランドや小規模のカテゴリーを担当する。
- グラフィックの発注、番組&オンライン用のインサートビデオのリパッケージ。
- オムニチャネル戦略の窓口となり、メーカーやベンダーと連携を取る。
- TVと他プラットフォームが融合した戦略的な販売手法に基付いた番組制作を行う。
- お客様が一貫した高品質の顧客体験を確実に楽しめるよう、魅力的な番組制作を行う。
- ブランド/販売戦略の策定、定められたガイドライン、ポリシーに則り、販売目標を達成する。
- イベントの趣旨や狙いを深く理解し、販売目標達成/視聴者数増につながる販売戦略を策定し実行する。
- 担当した番組に関して、次回OAに向けた改善を目的としたPDCAを実行する。
- ビジネスをリードし、期待に応えるコンテンツを送出。
- 各プラットフォームのお客様を理解する。
- 新しい媒体でのコンテンツの開発。
- 継続的にコンテンツをレビューし、学習する。
- デジタルエンゲージメント ― クリック数、動画再生回数/時間数、消費者マインド(. いいね)
- 売上のKPI ― 予算に対する達成率(ビジネス視点からの責任)
- 生産効率のKPI ― 一人あたり制作した素材の本数(新規、更新、ベンダー持込素材のトラック数)、新規素材と持ち込み素材の比率
- 販売戦略におけるサービスレベルのKPI ― SLA(サービス品質保証)水準
