Job Description

1. Seconded to our affiliated company

2. In charge of Administration Department (General Affairs Gr, Human Resources Gr), Planning Department (Planning/Business Strategy Gr, Cost Control Gr, Accounting Gr, IT Gr), External Relations Department (Sales Gr, Purchasing Gr)

3. Maintaining and sustaining strong relationships of trust with customers and acquiring new business based on the global program for Japanese automobile manufacturers

The Successful Applicant

1. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent overall company management skills

2. 10+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry

3. Basic knowledge of automotive components and development processes

(Automotive HVAC systems, engine cooling and other thermal management components,

Knowledge of temperature preparation products is a plus)

4. Marketing knowledge (conceptual knowledge and practical experience)

5. Strong leadership, communication and organizational management skills

6. Global mindset and in-depth knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices

7. Strong communication (speaking and writing) and interpersonal skills in Japanese and English

8. Strategic communication skills with the overseas headquarters of the company to which you will be transferred and the Japanese subsidiary

9. Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix organization

10. Analytical and strategic thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills

11. Ability to prioritize issues through logical thinking

12. Adaptability to changing environments and managing competing issues
