- 課員に対して、GxP関連およびNon GxP等関連する教育計画の作成および実施
- サイトのQMSの維持向上に必要なコンプライアンス課のリソース配置。
- GSK GSCのTargetを達成するため、今市工場のTargetにアラインした 課のターゲットを作成し、それらを達成するため、人材育成及び メンバーの動機づけする。
- 品質マネジメントプロセス・システムの改善を促し、品質の維持及び保証する。
- コンプライアンス課で管理するQMS Process (文書管理、教育管理、品質取り決め書、Supplier管理、DI, 規格設定、ワクチンの国家検定、System管理、変更管理など)の各種承認を行う 必要に応じて、品質保証部として 関連する各種GMP文書の承認を行う
- 当局(特に栃木県薬務課)との協議等が発生する場合の取りまとめを行う
- GMP及び法的要求事項を遵守するために、課内点検、自己点検、社内グループおよび外部規制当局による監査の総括を行う
- 正しい品質の製品が市場に導入されるためにNPI活動をサポートする。

・対内的(本社、統括品質保証部およびGSKネットワーク上のサイト)ならび対外的(コントラクターをはじめとする 主にNon GSK MAH)との密接なコミュニケーションを図り、製品品質保証の実現および品質保証業務を実行する。
・サイトのGMP省令、薬機法及びGSKQMSへの遵守をLeadする。
・Compliance課のManagementを行う
・Site Quality Leadership メンバーとしてサイトのQuality Cultureの熟成に貢献する
・Managerとして、サイトの継続的改善の文化の構築、維持、向上につなげる活動を行う
必要要件 Required Skill, Experience, Etc.
必要な条件Required
スキル
・QMS/EHS概論を理解。
・薬機法、GMP省令に関する知識を有している。
・製品の製造管理、品質管理に関する知識を有し、充分な理解がある。
・GMP, 品質、コンプライアンス、QMS、薬事及び製造工程における知識
経験
・製造管理又は品質管理業務に3年以上従事した経験
学位/資格/語学力
・学士号以上またはそれに値する知識/経験を有する。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
・ビジネス英語力を有している。

スキル
・強い責任感を有している。
・高い適応能力、変革への順応能力
・継続的改善への意欲
経験
