Summary

エンジニア管理アシスタントは、エンジニア部門内のすべての管理機能を維持に努めていただきます。このポジションは、施設のエンジニアとエンジニアリングディレクターと緊密に連携し、施設の備品の注文、施設ベンダーとの連絡、部門会議のスケジュール調整、部門関連の情報発信など多岐に渡りサポートします。The Engineering Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the administrative function within the Engineering Division. This position will work closely with the Facility's Engineer and Director of Engineering to support in ordering of facility supplies, communicating with facility vendors, scheduling departmental meetings and sending out pertinent departmental correspondence.

Qualifications

日本語での円滑かつプロフェッショナルな口頭および文章のコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、同僚、他他部門また社外お取引様と効果的にコミュニケーションが必要です。また、様々な状況に適応する能力し、周囲と連携を取り協力をしあうことができる方。

PCスキル、特にMicrosoft Officeソフトウェア(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)必須。
Birchstreetでの以前の経験があると望ましい。コーディネーター、アシスタント等類似お仕事の経験があれば尚良し。

Candidates with previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and facility business partners.
Computer literate and fully conversant with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with Birchstreet preferred.
The ideal candidate of this position will possess the ability to adapt to various situations as they arise, display empathy in all interactions with colleagues, participants, and facility business partners.
