In your new role you will:

• Submit monthly Loading plan on Subcon factory
• Check and confirm the demand (Backlog + Forecast) with Business Unit and/or Sales team if having any unclear information
• Make sure to reflect the most latest plan of die availability
• Manage to start and launch the products for right products in right timing. Provide clear instruction on BE Subcon factories for Build Instruction
• Manage Finished Goods out put
• Manage KPI, Cycle Time, On Time Delivery, Line Yield, to monitor the performance of Subcon

• 日本語語学力(ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須、JLPT N1)
  Native Japanese Speaker with excellent communication skill, JLTPN1(Required)
• 英語語学力(TOEIC650以上) / Business English skill
  (Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference)
• 生産管理の経験者2年以上(Supply Chain or Production Planning or Factory Manufacturing Control)
• PC スキル(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
• チームワーカー / Team Working
• Bachelor/ Master's degree i
