    An international cybersecurity company is searching for a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will develop and implement the sales strategy to generate profitable territory growth. This position is based in Tokyo.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a sales strategy and identify the targeted accounts
    • Gain new customers directly or with partners
    • Assess the technical requirements of customers
    • Provide active support to accounts throughout the sales process
    • Coordinate the competitive advantages to key decision-makers
    • Exchange information and enhance visibility on pipeline activities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in management
    • More than 8 years of experience as a sales manager or director
    • Background of local sales solution to telco services, IOT service providers, or connected car companies (security, identity, or system integration setting is a plus)
    • Experience in the development of complex large accounts (telco services, ODMs, or connectivity providers)
    • Ability and willingness to travel
    • Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
