自ら運営するゲームプラットフォーム「G123(ジーイチニサン)」より、
沢山の人気アニメ・ゲームを世に配信、年々業績を拡大しています。

■業務内容
1)総務業務
・来客受付
・電話対応
・郵送物仕分け
・PC、モニター、各種ソフトの購入、セットアップ
・消耗品等の購買業務
2)コンシェルジュ業務
・社内イベントの企画と運営
・食事サービスの企画と提供
・海外出張、研修合宿の手配(航空券、宿泊)
・社用車の購買、送迎管理
・エンタメグッズの購買(ゲーム機、ビリヤード、電動モビリティー機器等)
■就業環境
平均年齢は29歳、男女比はほぼ半数ずつとなります。
配属は管理部(総務の他、財務、経理、法務、人事、労務)となります。
テレワーク・在宅勤務は行っていません。
残業時間月10時間以内。オンオフのメリハリを重視しています。
外国籍のメンバーが多く、日本語以外の言葉も飛び交います。
Requirements
【必須経験】
・総務または庶務、秘書業務の経験
・Googleドキュメント又はOfficeソフトの使用経験
(社内ではGoogleドキュメントをメインで利用します。)
【尚可経験】
・接客業のご経験
・社内外でのイベント企画・実行の経験
・PCのキッティング経験
・営業経験
