    Job Description Position Statement & Summary Primary responsibilities are to develop and strengthen promotional relationships with third-party companies by creating win-win environments and to increase tour and lead generation. In addition to evolving the new and existing marketing opportunities, this role will also be responsible for the efficient administration, the planning, and the execution of promotions and events where customers are booked for timeshare tours.

    Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing promotional events with our new and existing third-party companies to drive business growth. Identify and create new opportunities. In addition to the essential functions, this position will perform a combination of administrative functions as needed.

    The role is responsible for the following, but not limited to;

  • Develop and execute cost-effective promotions and events with our third-party companies for lead and tour generations
  • Maintain existing corporate accounts and obtain new accounts and develop joint promotions for marketing events
  • Work closely with Local Marketing Managers for efficient and effective marketing events to maximize the efficiency and performance of Sales Gallery
  • Prepare written pro-forma documents on expected financial performance to use internally for the discussion of proposed promotions
  • Search and identify prospective marketing locations
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to operate the marketing desks
  • Maintain effective communication and interaction with other departments
  • Make recommendations to marketing senior management to control tour flow more closely when necessary, such as changes to tour gifting, or adopting special incentives, and so forth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute business initiatives
  • Role model in accordance with HGV Vision, Mission and Values
  • Positive attitude, willing to be flexible and adapt quickly, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Evolve and develop team, while building the leadership pipeline
  • Recommend, test, and implement new ideas and solutions
  • Support and manage marketing events in-line with HGV strategic initiatives
  • Evolve processes and leverage technology to gain efficiencies
  • Build Brand image and engagement through key third-party initiatives
  • Manage and track performance
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
  • Qualifications Required Qualifications:
  • Professional, effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms, internally and externally
  • Japanese and English bilingual
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
  • Professional communication skills internally and externally, in both verbal and written forms
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in the similar business is preferred
  • Sales, sales related, or partnership experience preferred
  • Collaboration with external vendors and partners preferred
