【職務内容】
・採用プロセスの構築(手法改善、コスト意識)
・中期経営計画に紐づく人事戦略の企画・立案
・組織フェーズに合わせた人事制度の改善
・社員の適切な人員配置・人材開発・組織開発施策の実行(研修企画や運用/従業員面談/現場責任者陣との人事MTG運営)
Requirements
【必須要件】
・企業人事としての経験(5年以上)・マネジメント経験(3年以上)
・経営側と事業側を巻き込み、人事プロジェクトを自ら立ち上げてリードし完遂した経験
【尚可要件】
・スタートアップでの人事領域を牽引された経験(出来上がった枠の中だけでなく、新たな取り組みに挑戦された経験を評価します)
・ITリテラシー
(マンパワーでなくITを活用し最小工数で行うことを是としています)
・文書での英語読解力(多国籍リクルーター在籍のため)
・コンサルティング会社での人材・組織コンサルティング経験(目安:3年程度)
