基幹システムの刷新は、企業の事業継続に関わる重大な経営マターです。
しかし、品質トラブルによる稼働延期や予算超過は後を絶ちません。 同社は「品質創造」をビジョンに掲げ、上流工程からの品質作り込みによって、
顧客の経営リスクを低減する戦略的パートナーとしての地位を確立しています。 拡大するSAP事業において、
大規模案件のマネジメントおよび組織の拡大・強化を牽引できる、プレイングマネージャー/事業責任者候補を求めています。
【職務内容】
大手顧客(自動車、製造など)のSAPプロジェクトにおける全体統括と、事業部の組織運営をお任せします。
・大規模PJM: 数億円~数十億円規模のSAP導入・刷新プロジェクトにおいて、全体PMOまたは品質責任者としてプロジェクトを統括します。
・コンサルティング: 顧客CIOや部門長クラスに対し、品質戦略の立案、ガバナンス構築、リスクマネジメントの提言を行います。
・組織開発: メンバーの育成、採用、評価制度の運用など、組織のケイパビリティ向上に向けた施策をリードします。
・ソリューション開発: SAP×テスト自動化、AI活用など、次世代の品質保証ソリューションの企画・開発を主導します。
【求める人材】
・SAP導入プロジェクトにおけるPMまたはPMOとしての実績(5年以上目安)
・顧客経営層やステークホルダーとの折衝・合意形成能力
・10名以上のチームマネジメント経験
【歓迎】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
【給与】
年収1000~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
