An international construction company is looking for a Project Director of Data Center. The chosen individual will drive business unit growth, profitability, and sustainability through leadership, new business development, client management, and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice during project conception
• Coordinate both strategic and operational project management
• Lead in establishing project success criteria
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environmental aspects
• Establish effective project governance processes and systems
• Develop comprehensive project plans
• Monitor and advise on project finances
• Fulfill the role of commission manager
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Manage the flow of project information with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 15 years of experience in data centers, manufacturing plants, industrial projects, or semi-conductor Projects
• Experience in MNC companies is ideal
• Native level verbal and written Japanese and English
