- 次のものを含むツールやアプリの知識があること:DVS Clipster・Colorfront Transkoder・DaVinci Resolve・Vantage,・Aurora・Final Cut Pro・Adobe SuiteおよびPro Toolsは必須
- EZ Titles・Mac Caption・Annotation Editなどの字幕作成アプリに精通していること
- プロダクション用参照ファイル、および関連プロジェクトの作成時やキャリブレーション中に起こり得る、メディアファイルの問題の特定・対処
- オーディオ・ビデオ制作ツール(オーディオ/ビデオ再生装置・圧縮システム・エンコーダ・デコーダ・コンバータ・前処理システムなど)を効率的に使用できること
- XMLやJSONを含む様々なフォーマットのメタデータ納品物の作成・点検
- 細部に気を配り系統立てて行動できること
- プレッシャーのかかる状況でも早急に必要とされるコンテンツを処理する能力があること
- 効果的に意思疎通を図ることができ、建設的なチームプレイヤーであること
- 労働時間外の社外での連絡にも返答できること
- 必要な場合は時間外労働を含む柔軟な勤務体系が可能であること
- 早朝や深夜、週末を含むシフト勤務が可能であること
- Conforming content adhering to platform specifications – Netflix, Amazon ROW / Classic, iTunes, Microsoft etc.
- Audio and video program editing, conversion, encoding and quality assurance for theatrical and episodic releases
- Clear understanding of the fundamentals of file-based editing workflows
- Re-versioning and compliance editing
- A good knowledge and understanding in post-production media workflows including tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Clipster and ProTools
- Telestream Vantage experience would be advantageous
- Clear understanding on 4k (UHD), HDR and IMF is required
- Must have an understanding of subtitling specification and formats, audio sample rates, video frame rates, SMPTE timecode and traditional multi-channel audio configurations (2.0, 5.1, 7.1) is necessary
- Localizing static or motion graphics for foreign market
- Confident working in subtitling applications, such as EZ Titles, Mac Caption, Annotation Edit
- Ensuring Industry Content Security protocols and best practice are always followed
- Ability to work flexible shifts (AM, PM, Weekends).Shifts available - Sunday-Thursday / Tuesday-Saturday / Monday-Friday Role will be a 1 year fixed term contract with possibility for extension OR change to permanent position.

:This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast expanding multidisciplinary team in Tokyo.
As a Media Technician, you will be performing operational duties while working with industry standard kit and processing jobs via our proprietary workflow management system. Duties will include: mastering, encoding, transcoding, manipulating files and conforming to client specifications along with simple conforming and asset re-versioning.
