Job Purpose:

• Working in the designated region, under the supervision of senior management, the goal is to maximize the growth and profitability of the corporate liability insurance line through promoting and underwriting the core product 'ALLSTARs', while focusing on accompanying and protecting customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving the budget of the corporate liability insurance line in the designated region (based at the business headquarters), collaborating with specialists from regional business units and other lines, planning and executing promotions of 'ALLSTARs' tailored to the market and channel situation in the region, including contract maintenance
• Conducting sales training on ALLSTARs for sales staff and assigned channels, with a special focus on developing individual sales plans and training for key agency partners
• Engaging in promotional activities for the corporate liability insurance line (such as presenting successful cases, providing popular product information and business-related insights including document creation), and conducting information gathering including market and competitor analysis
• Handling basic insurance underwriting tasks for the corporate liability insurance line within the designated region for products with underwriting authority. For products without underwriting authority or complex cases, collaborating with senior production underwriters to ensure the profitability of the region

Required Skills and Experiences:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Certifications/Licenses:

• Strong communication, presentation, and logical explanation skills
• Ability to create documents and write effectively
• Business-level English proficiency is a plus
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Customer and market-oriented mindset
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

Work Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry (in sales, product, or loss services departments, preferably in the field of corporate liability)

Other:

• Open to relocation between Sapporo, Sendai, Omiya, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka
• Initial assignment location will be Tokyo (Kayabacho) or Omiya
