    Job Description

    Sales Manager
    Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

  • What you will be doing :
  • Ensure a successful Pre-Opening process to meet Accor brand standards.
  • Lead the property's effective operational and strategic directions within all departments to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure the service standards and procedures, and guest experience are well implemented.
  • Ensure successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and surrounding communities.
  • What you will be doing:

  • Solicit Leisure FIT, wholesale, group business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
  • Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts
  • Participate in trade-shows, conventions and promotional events
  • Conduct Sales calls domestically and internationally
  • Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details
  • Communicate with hotel management team with reporting to share business reviews.
  • Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

  • Solid experience in the same capacity in international chain hotels for min. 2 years
  • Regional / Local familiarity with the market is an advantage
  • English fluency
  • Japanese speaking is mandatory
