募集概要
RPO事業拡大に伴い、ダイレクト・ソーシングを活用した採用を目指すクライアントのために、オンサイト・リクルーターと連携し、オフサイトから母集団形成をサポートするソーシング・スペシャリストを募集します。
業務内容は複数のソーシングツールを活用し、候補者をソースして安定したパイプラインを作りました。また、オンサイトリクルーターと連携し要件に合致した候補者の母集団形成も支援しています。さらに積極的な候補者ソーシングや電話や面談によるスクリーニングを行っています。これらの活動によりプロジェクトメンバーへの定期的なソーシングレポート提出が可能です。
