様々な業界のお客様に対する「IT戦略」および「戦略実現のためのITプロジェクトの企画構想/計画」をお任せしたします。これまでのご経験を活かし、社内の専門家とも協働しながらご活躍頂くことを期待しております。
■IT戦略立案:経営戦略・事業戦略の目標達成に貢献するIT戦略を立案し、全社レベルのシステムグランドデザイン、アーキテクチャ、IT人材および組織、中期IT投資計画を策定します。
■ITプロジェクトの企画構想/計画:ITプロジェクトの「投資計画を含むシステム化の企画構想、経営層へのレポート支援」「システム化計画の立案」を行います。
■PMO支援:開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理をPMOの立場で支援します。
