【仕事内容】
D2Cマットレス事業の成長を目的としたグロースマーケティング戦略の立案・実行を担い、顧客獲得・収益最大化・ブランド成長を推進。
- パフォーマンス広告運用および収益・効率・利益管理
- 広告クリエイティブ企画開発および効果検証・最適化
- トラフィック分析およびROI最大化施策実行
- CRM/メールマーケティング戦略立案・運用・改善
- レビュー獲得施策の設計・実行
- アフィリエイト戦略立案、パートナー管理・交渉
- SEO戦略(キーワード、コンテンツ、技術最適化、リンク構築)
- ブランド/営業部門との連携および施策推進
- 予算配分・チャネル管理・トラッキング設計
- 日本市場の消費者行動・メディア動向分析
- パフォーマンス分析レポート作成および改善提案
※部下3名をマネジメントいただく想定
【応募資格】
- データドリブンなマーケティング実務経験
- パフォーマンス広告、SEO、アフィリエイトいずれかの実務経験
- CRM/メールマーケティング運用経験
- KPI分析およびROI改善スキル
- 日本市場の消費者行動・メディア理解
- ビジネスレベルの英語力

】 700~1000万円程度(スキル・ご経験により決定)
