- Democratization of Data and Data Analysis: Facilitate access to data and plan, implement, and manage activities to promote the internal use of BI tools and educational activities, thereby enhancing data literacy and self-BI analysis capabilities within the organization.
- Support for Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide strategic advice based on data to stakeholders as a partner in strategic planning, contributing to the improvement of business strategies and operations.

- Skills in visualizing data using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Basic knowledge required for the management and maintenance of data infrastructure (data lakes, data marts, data warehouses).
- Problem-solving ability to understand business issues and guide solutions.
- Reporting and presentation skills to convey complex analysis results in a way that non-technical people can understand.
- Collaboration ability to solve problems while working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
