The Product Strategy Analyst is an IT liaison for multiple business areas within Hilton Grand Vacations.

You will be working closely with the Sr. Manager Business Relationship Management to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, and timeframes for IT projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Document scope and high level requirements and facilitates estimation processes for new ideas
• Supports Project Manager for consulting / summarizing about specific needs and requirements prior to developing or starting a project.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to plan new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into the business capability roadmaps and priorities
• Facilitating the acceptance of new capabilities through the established User Acceptance Testing process

• 1~3 years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis
• Associate's Degree or 5 years of related experience in lieu of the degree
• English and Japanese bilingual
• Familiarity with IT strategy, information management practices, system development life cycle management and IT services management
