Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Physics Materials Science or related field.
- Demonstrated ability in semiconductor manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven record of accomplishment in managing cross-functional teams and driving technical programs.
- Strong understanding of FE process modules e.g CVD PVD Diffusion Implant Wet CMP Photo Global Factory Network Expertise Demonstrated understanding of worldwide high-volume manufacturing network operations across different geographical region Excellent communication and partner engagement/leadership skills Leadership and Strategic Initiatives Proven track record in team development leading transformative initiatives Continuous Learning Advocate Continuous learning on the job provide technical mentoring for peers.
