職務内容
顧客企業の業務課題を可視化し、As-Is/To-Be検討から要件定義、導入・定着までを一貫して推進するDX・業務改革コンサルタントとして、顧客のDX推進と業務変革を支援します。
業務プロセス(BPR)の設計を軸に、デジタル技術を活用した業務改革とシステム化を推進し、「現場で使われ、成果につながるDX」を実現することがミッションです。
【主な業務内容】
- 業務可視化・課題整理(As-Is分析)
ヒアリングや現場観察を通じて、業務一覧/業務フロー/工数/KPI等を整理・可視化し、顧客企業の業務課題を構造的に整理します。
- To-Be業務設計・業務改革構想
企業戦略や組織方針を踏まえ、業務構造設計、業務標準化、内製/外製の役割設計、運用プロセス設計などを行います。
- 業務要件定義・システム化推進
業務要件をシステム要件へ落とし込み、RFP作成、ソリューション選定、開発・導入計画の策定を行います。
- 導入・移行・定着支援
システム導入における移行計画策定、テスト、教育、運用設計、チェンジマネジメントを通じて、業務定着までを支援します。
- データ活用・可視化
データ項目定義、BIダッシュボード設計・構築を行い、業務改善や意思決定に活用できるデータ活用環境を整備します。
- プロジェクト管理・ベンダーコントロール
プロジェクトの進捗/リスク/品質/コストを管理し、ベンダーや関係者と連携しながら円滑なプロジェクト推進を担います。
- 定着化・改善支援
トレーニング、ガイドライン整備、運用ルールの策定を通じて、業務改善を継続的に回すための仕組みづくりを支援します。

応募資格
【必須要件】
・クライアントワークにおける業務分析~要件定義、またはシステム導入・定着支援の実務経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎知識(進捗/課題/リスク/品質管理いずれかの実務経験)
・業務フロー、業務一覧、要件定義書等のドキュメント作成経験
・BPR、業務改善、業務改革いずれかの実務経験
・業務・ITの両面を関係者に分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション力
【歓迎要件】
・RPA/ローコード/ワークフロー/CRM/ERP等の導入・定着支援経験
・Power BI等を用いたデータ集計・可視化の経験
・ITIL/ITSM、運用設計、SLA策定、セキュリティ・コンプライアンス対応の経験
・製造、流通、金融、公共、医療など特定業界での業務知識
・PMP、IPA、ITIL、業務分析関連資格(BABOK等)の保有

待遇

年2回(合計:月給の4ヶ月分程度)
- 勤務時間
9:00-17:30(一部フレックス制度有)
