Ready to help team achieve company goals. 9 years of professional experience, I worked as a Regional Manager of the Network Operations Centre for 5 years. My main mission was to build a team capable of ensuring the maximum availability of the GSM signal of the different mobile network operators (MNOs). We did it and were the best office in the operational area after the first year. As a programmer and web developer, I was part of several projects. I also set up my website which is not yet hosted. I work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, php and have a moderate knowledge of python.

 Plan, organize and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stability of customer’s infrastructure.
 Provide overall expertise with all network operations functions.
 Define, implement and enforce configuration management and changes management
policies and practices.
 Handle escalations and manage support from different levels.
 Ensure adherence of operational metrics.
 Manage tools, systems and procedures to ensure dynamic management of issues.
 Ensure all members of assigned technical teams are effective and fully utilized in order to
provide high resource utilization.
