    What You'll Do
    Role Summary/Purpose:

    顧客と共にバイオ医薬品の市場でより成長していくために、Cytivaの全社目標と戦略を理解し、販売目標をはじめとするKPIの達成のために、担当顧客またはエリアでの販売活動の実行を担っていただきます。顧客の目的、課題を理解し、その課題を解決するCytiva製品の提案を行いながら、重要顧客(キーアカウント)をマネジメントできる方を募集します。

    Essential Responsibilities
    営業部 アカウントマネージャー

    ・主に製薬会社やバイオ関連会社の基礎研究から製造にわたる企業が顧客となります。Cytivaが得意とする、抗体医薬品やワクチン、細胞医薬などバイオ医薬品を研究するための精製装置や分析装置、製造用の原材料や機器を販売します。

    ・キーアカウントの経営レベルでのニーズを理解して、受託製造・分析サービスや生産設備全体を提案する統合サービスの見込み顧客を発掘します。

    ・顧客の課題からニーズを探し、社内関係部署をリードしてCytivaの持つフルバリューを提案することで、顧客の成果を最大化する事を目指します。

    ・1年間の数字目標達成に向けて、セールスフォースを利用したオポチュニティ管理と活動報告、コールカードという面談用紙を使った効果的な営業活動により、お客様のアウトカム実現のために営業活動を行います。

    ・アカウントマネジメントのアプローチにより、お客様の経営層から実務担当者まで幅広い層と強力な関係性を築き、継続的な利益確保できる戦略を実施します。

    ・設備導入等の大型プロジェクトをリードし、顧客および社内(日本国内及び海外含む)の担当をまとめてプロジェクトを円滑に進め、ゴールを達成します。

    Who You Are
    【必須要件】

    ・営業経験(3年以上)

    ※バイオ医薬品、ライフサイエンス、製薬(MR職含む)、医療機器、外資系B2B業界などを想定

    ・バイオ技術、ライフサイエンス分野に、興味がある方。

    ・普通車運転免許

    ・初級レベルの英語力(メールや資料の読み書きを翻訳ツールを使用し行える)

    ・顧客の仕事内容を理解し、興味をもって、戦略を立案できる方。

    ・社内外のコミュニケーション力があり、顧客のニーズを理解できる方。

    ・計画的な営業活動、顧客攻略活動が立案でき、スピード感を持って取組む意欲があること。

    ・国内外への数日/週の出張が可能で、体力とストレス耐性のある方。

    ・Laptop PC、およびスマートフォンのITツール(Microsoft Office、Salesforce)に適応できる方。
