説明:

As Operations Manager in the Operations team, you will cover many aspects of our growing activities. You will oversee the operational framing & project delivery of our exiting & new business lines.

・Develop the processes for photos shoots in new types of industries with different demands.(Photo/Video/360/Virtual staging etc)
・Determine the pricing of the product that are competitive and attractive in the market balancing the margin and resource cost
・Manage operations that can shoot all over Japan (+APAC) including resource management
・Guaranty the delivery of the projects with internal Ops teams & cross functional teams
・Understand the business needs of merchants in a dynamic environment and serve as the primary relationship liaison for business, technical and high priority customer service escalations
・Give visibility on your activity to your management team through strict reporting.
・Identify key opportunities in our delivery processes and use data to build consensus for their solutions at every layer of the organization
・Maintain data-driven feedback loops within the Tokyo office and with global counterparts to drive KPIs, using excel and visualization tools on a daily base and need to be able to evangelize your findings to less data inclined stakeholders 【必要経験】
・Japanese：Fluent level
・English ：Business level
・4+ years relevant experience in Business Operations / Project Management / Consulting / Data Analysis
・With at least one to two years of experience in a startup / tech environment.
・ Financial and data driven mindset with great excel and IT skills

【あると望ましい経験】
・French skill
・Good knowledge of existing marketplace businesses would be a plus(e-commerce, consumer service startups)
