    Content Factory is a specialist capability within Publicis Production, dedicated to the digital enablement and deployment of marketing content—particularly for clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Acting as a global content hub, the Content Factory supports a wide range of markets by delivering high-quality, modular content production and Veeva/Salesforce-enabled assets, while ensuring compliance, consistency, and agility. Our model focuses on automation, localization, and smart reuse of assets, allowing teams to deliver with precision while continuously upskilling in digital tools and platforms.

    Overview
    The Content Factory Technical Delivery Director will shepherd and guide the most complicated and/or most sensitive Content Factory Content Asset projects through their production lifecycle and collaborate closely with the Production Engagement Leads to provide subject matter expertise and deliver transformative success for the client.

    This is a leading role with Content Factory's technical and non-technical teams providing technology education, perspectives, and recommendations and how they affect holistic Content Asset projects.

    Strong experience with development and delivery of digital marketing projects is required. Fluency with Veeva Commercial Cloud projects is required.

    Responsibilities
    Key responsibilities include:

    • Collaborates with the Production Engagement Leads to understand requirements, designs and technical solution, working closely with Hub Project Managers to shepherd through the more complex Content Asset projects
    • Bridges between Production Engagement Leads and Content Factory team of project managers, developers and QA team members for purposes of assisting with technical expertise and guidance when needed on Content Asset projects
    • Leverages technical problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail that has "right-first-time" in mind
    • Identifies opportunities and provides recommendations for platform optimizations through strong understanding of Content Factory business goals
    • Beyond technical delivery of complex work, this role also focuses on continuous improvement and promoting innovation across the Content Factory technical teams
    • Contributes to our scaled Veeva practices and the Content Factory's continuous improvement activities by proactively bringing innovative ideas/concepts to the table
    • Stays current on emerging digital marketing technologies, best-practices, and trends

    Qualifications
    Language : Business Level English and Japanese .
