2023/Apr/25 Summary of duties. You will be stationed at the client premises of a major foreign company to provide management and operational services to ensure the strategic and appropriate utilisation of the offices and general facilities that support the client's business. You will provide administrative support as a member of our facilities team, building relationships with clients, team members and subcontractors. Specific duties include. The role will involve the following duties: - Facility helpdesk duties (responding to user queries, escalation to relevant departments, etc.). Management of subcontractors (staff registration, service level management, health and safety follow-up, etc.). Invoicing of external vendors (processing invoices, communicating with relevant departments, creating and collating data lists, etc.). Purchase order related tasks (purchase order requests, operations from order placement to closing, follow-up, etc.) Health, safety and compliance (e.g. regular training, checking compliance with regulations). Other related tasks (report writing, data preparation and processing, etc.) The position requires the following skills, personality and work experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. English: Ability to read, write and speak English at a business level (in many cases, emails, manuals, documents, etc. are only in English). Basic PC skills and Office product skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication and problem-solving skills (positive thinking), ability to work in a team environment. Experience in basic administration, general affairs and administration work (e.g. invoice processing) is a plus.
