Responsibilities
- Operate and manage domestic warehouse and domestic product delivery related smooth and cost-effective business
- Lead vendor management and build an effective 3PL model
- Monitor KPI/SLA and improve performance with team/vendor cooperation
- Plan and execute mid-to-long-term network strategy considering business model changes and domestic logistics environment changes
- Develop and operate effective teams
- Plan and execute Vision Japan (Vision Care, CEH, Surgical Vision) business strategy with SC Director
- Plan and execute 10-year network and facility plan for Distribution Center supporting Vision Japan domestic business
- Operate and manage 3PL warehouse strategically, domestic transportation management
- Plan and execute long-term partnership strategy with suppliers, build effective partnership
- Manage KPI, CIP, and SG&A costs
- Lead cost improvement activities in domestic delivery and warehouse operations, achieve 6% cost efficiency improvement compared to previous year
- Execute mid-to-long-term SC vision, strategy to support future growth
- Develop warehouse processes, execute excellent Kaizen projects
- Improve warehouse work safety and work environment
- Improve overall supply chain performance, explore innovation possibilities for all processes
- Supervise risk management for all warehouse processes
- Introduce new technologies, always pay attention to new trends and developments in this field
- Actively participate in commercial leader discussions as Supply Chain Deliver representative
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures
- Develop and implement safety guidelines for all aspects of the supply chain
