Job summary
Would you like to shape our sales strategy? Join our team and be involved in customer facing and winning deals for the Valves business. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing & executing sales plan to win projects, keep close communicate and influence customer, promote products.
Responsibilities
- Developing & executing sales plan to win projects, keep close communicate and influence customer, promote products
- Submitting technical & commercial proposal, evaluate market price, attending biding etc. sales activities
- Developing, managing customer relationship, regular communicate & engagement with customers
- Cooperating with channel partner to chase sales opportunity, provide training and coaching for their employees
- Collecting market intelligence and update timely. And feedback the market information to company
- Achieving the annual sales target
Qualifications
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution (major in Engineering or Industrial engineering is preferred)
- Have at least 5 years in extensive Sales in oil and gas industry or Power industry and experience in Valves is preferred
- Have good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Previous experience working with EPC companies is preferred
- Have good technical knowledge on valves
- Have good interpersonal and problem solving skills
